Terms of service
Please read through this document in full before requesting a commission from me.
By commissioning me and sending payment you as the client automatically state that you understand and agree to my Terms of Service.
Before work
You must be 18+ to purchase any commission from me. Your commission will be cancelled if you are found to be under the age of 18.
I reserve the right to refuse your order or cancel your commission if you break My TOS or you display inappropriate or hateful behaviour and attitude.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are valid for 1 year from the given date. Any changes made to the character or request to add features and add-ons will void this quote.
For fursuit and plush work a clear reference sheet is required. This should be a clear digital reference sheet with flat colours and a minimum of front and back views of your character. If this is not provided there will be a design fee added into your quote.
Payment terms
A non refundable deposit of 20% must be paid to claim your commission slot for physical commission pieces.
Commissions paid in full will gain queue priority we aim to work on
Payment should be made via bank transfer where possible.
For international payments paypal is accepted.
PayPal payments are to be made via invoice. You must provide your PayPal email for me to send this. Failure to provide the correct email will result in your commission being cancelled.
All invoices will be created by me and sent to you.
Payment Plans
Payment plans will have deadlines that are non-negotiable once agreed upon with myself and the commissioner. The minimum payment percentage is 20% which can be paid biweekly or monthly.
Failure to complete a payment your commission will be cancelled.
Payment plans are not accepted for commissions under £200.
There is no guarantee I can accept payment plans as full payment is preferred.
Commission Process
I reserve the right to decline hard deadlines.
Loose deadlines will be case-by case and must be discussed before the commission process begins.
Prepares and Edits
If there are any faults with your commission upon receiving the physical item please notify me immediately and send photos of faults. all physical artwork comes with a year guarantee, if you are attending the same convention as me I also offer free repairs to be done on the day.
For maker’s errors I’ll request you send back the item to me to be repaired. I will then refund you this shipping amount, examples of these include holes in seams, if I have gotten markings wrong on the ref sheet etc.
Major errors will be case by case. If the Goods are falling apart beyond repair you as the buyer will be entitled to a full refund upon returning all goods to me. Any alterations to the goods will void all warranty. These are classed as ‘not makers error’.
For ‘not makers error’ we can discuss repair cost in most cases repair work will be done at an hourly rate. Shipping is the commissioners responsibility and will need to be paid for too.
Physical Items and Shipping
I am based in the UK. Please note international shipping for some plushies and fursuits will be above £100. You as the buyer are responsible for any import fees if you are purchasing from outside the UK.
Shipping will be calculated once the project is finished. This will be paid as a separate invoice and as such are not included in the base price.
All work will be sent out with tracking and full insurance cover.
If in the unfortunate circumstance the parcel is declared lost in post a full refund will be issued to the buyer. This will be issued once the insurance has been claimed from the shipping company.
It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your shipping address is up to date, I will send you a shipping label before anything gets shipped that you must read through and confirm is the correct address. If you confirm an address that is wrong and is already shipped this is out of my control and I can not provide a refund.
Reselling
Resale on physical artworks is allowed once the physical item is out of my hands it is your property and can be resold as such. You must not claim you made the art. You must disclose to any potential buyers the artwork was created by me, Worm Moon Creations.
Character artwork resale is also allowed under the condition you do not resell for more than the original cost.
Cancellations and refunds
You as the commissioner reserve the right to cancel your commission at any point.
For digital artwork If unsatisfied with the finished product, additional changes such as alterations to design, colour changes, image crops etc can be requested. Once the first sketch is shown and you would like to request a refund you will receive a 95% refund. If you wish for me to continue the work there will be no refunds available past the sketch stage apart from additional changes. Max of 2 request changes, you will be charged for any other change request after this.
For physical artworks your refund amount will depend on how much progress has been made on your commission. Depending on the progress this will affect how much of a refund you will be entitled to. As an example if 10% of the work has been made you will receive a 90% refund and the 10% of work that has been made.
Terms
I as the artist reserve the right to use all artworks both digital and physical for my own promotional material.
You must not Claim you are the artist and claim my work as your own.
You Must credit me as the artist if you post my artwork online.

Digital Illustration Work.
What you will receive:
Digital artwork and the image process (the first sketch, line work, colour and final image) at full image resolution in a .png file format and download link (other formats available upon request).
Usage:
My commission art is to be used for personal usage. such as on websites, image galleries or to be printed by you, you may not use this image for or to gain profit or feed into AI image generators.
I reserve the right to use my artwork as the copyright holder for promotional material and to create art prints from.
For commercial use I will require you to pay a one time fee for full commercial rights to the artwork.
Refund policy:

Custom Plushie work
What you will receive:
A physical item, soft toy of your character you have requested/designed that has been both agreed on by myself and you.

Fursuit and Costume Work
What you will receive
A physical item; a wearable art piece similar to a mascot costume of your character. The types of items you receive will be agreed upon in your quote. Ranging from parts to full costumes.
